The concept of fishbowls being illegal to sell/buy is *really* funny. It's like a demented form of that *paraphenalia* shop that gets busted once a year. Don't want any teenagers trying to cop a fishbowl, now do we?

So they what? Start putting pickled Goldfish on pizzas in Rome? Well, that sure as hell has to be better than anchovies. What's going to happen to all of the vacated Goldfish bowls? They aren't going to be legal to hold or sell. I suppose if they were glass you could put a hose on the bottom of it and sell it as an opium pipe. That's probably not illegal. Hash would probably burn too hot and break the glass. No deal there.
Flowers!! That's it!! Everyone has to plant flowers on their Goldfish bowls and put them around the parking lot at the Coliseum. That would give the Taxi Drivers in the Fiats and the Paparazzi on the Moto Guzzis something to use for target practice during Driver's Training classes. That's
got to be the solution!

Where will the goldfish live?
I'm going to investigate this. It's sort of like when they started releasing all the humans from asylums, and they became the new homeless because they had nowhere to go. We're going to start seeing fish on the side of road with: Will Work for Water signs.
