Ha! Taps, well, in general I did write good notes but I question how readable they were.  For the past five years, prior to taking my current job, our documentation was computerized, so I never had to worry about my pathetic handwriting.  Now, it's a different story.  I'm back to writing and desperately trying to be legible!!

JanesOpinion, what a wonderful documenter you are.   I have seen some pretty messed up nurses notes in patient charts and unreadable doctor's notes.  I would guess that your documentation are nigh on perfect.
