Cheer up...
Sometimes just getting out of your system will do the trick, but true, it does feel better when they feel the pain. One in a year, I'd say you might as well keep him...it's so true that others it becomes more of a habit.

and he soon will hear you slamming those doors....
Won't that be nice? And you can give him a "whoopsie up side the head" too. hahaha

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

MilitaryWife,
When he gets home, you can take all that repressed anger and do something more constructive than slam doors, I'll bet

I figure in a year we have had one...it seems so many others it's a daily thing, so we didn't do too bad.

It has to be because a few other friends are complaining about the male person in their life being a handful the past few days.

Military_Wife, I would think that that much distance would dilute the strength of a temper tantrum. LOL

My husband has been a butthead lately, too. He CAN hear the cupboards slamming, and it doesn't do a damn bit of good. <sigh>

I can only imagine the stress he is under. He feels safe, in a strange way, venting to you. That doesn't excuse it, but it does take the personal sting out of it. By the way, the same thing happened between me and my wife the other day.
