Hello there,
hope you are having a nice holiday weekend. What a madhouse in your story! My dad is supposed to only serve 85% of the sentence, and possibly 65% because some law Clinton passed will expire soon. Really, the guy he shot tried to take his gun but the prosecutor was a friend of the police chief and the police chief was a friend of the "victim". There was no way to get around the solicitors office, they are as crooked as your average politician. I faxed a copy of the police report to the local radio station, and the solicitor was pissed off. He went on their but wouldn't take any calls, talking about their great new rehab program. I'm all about rehab programs, but the program is only for rich white kids and that doesn't make up for the fact that the guy my dad shot had already murdered someone and been caught with 18,000 hits of ex three weeks prior. Plus, he was a white guy part of a gang called the cryps. Doesn't sound possible, but I guess if your crazy enough the cryps will take you. I'm no perfect person myself, but the solicitors office are career criminals just like your average sticky fingers. They say they're doing something great in the name of justice, but really it's all about egos, power, money, etc. Same old shit. Thanks for the kind comments, I appreciate them and your stories

There is no other more dangerous place than behind bars. It must have been scary to see people dying there.

Wow! Talk about living in interesting times!!
Don't think that I'm nitpicking here, but I think you might want to edit you headline> it is San Quentin, isn't it?
Good luck with your blog. I shall read you again, to see what you get up to, out in the big wide world LOL
