SirBryan -
Thanks for speaking to the Natural Law. I'd forgotten about this.

You're right. I think that by living as an example though, offers an idea of how to be active to anyone aware enough to see it.

Good point. One must be grounded for any activity to be worthy.

But I believe you are doing so much with your work here on Blogit. You probably do a lot more than you realize.

I couldn't agree with you more.  In order for people outside the following of Yeshua to understand it, they must have people who set a good example of what this "goodness" encompasses.  The Natural Law theory is a beautiful thing, which states that there is a hierarchy of laws.  Natural, or moral, laws are above that of human laws.  When they are aligned there will be peace.  If they are not, one must break the human law despite its consequences to set an example for others to follow.

I agree with you
as someone said, a mole-hill of effort is better than a mountain of tall talk!

San-I like your thoughts on doing the right thing. I believe we all should set examples. So true.

You're right...those who aren't actively changing the world have no right to whine about it...my way of thinking exactly.  Couldn't agree with you more that following a spiritual path is an Active one, and NOT one where you just talk about it.  (gotta walk your talk).  For me, I've found that even though I get angry with folks who just talk about changing the world, I pull back a bit from my anger...because I've discovered that sometimes those folks just don't know HOW to go about actively changing things around them.  If those folks got some suggestions, then they could move forward and take some action.  And if not,...well, they had a choice & they made it.  Then they've got to deal with the consequences of their action/inaction.

You are right. I believe our action emanates from our being. Until we are grounded in Being, our action, even with the best intentions, will probably not contribute much.

What you're saying is true. I'm not an activist by any means. But, I try to help those who are willing to want to help themselves. If it just means giving a little something, fine. I dream of doing so much more.
