Your dad sounds like someone I could get along with really well
and you know what, you will be together again. I don't know of a loving Heavenly Father that won't allow you to be with him again. I just plain refuse to believe in someone that won't.

I really only meant to write about Dad, but I got myself upset and stood there crying while I wrote it.
I'm not sure it was a good idea for me to bring it all up again, but it's done.
Maybe I'll hear from somebody else who went through losing a family member needlessly.
