I am so sorry you are going through that. It is not only
physical pain but it increases your blood pressure, is depressing and a lot of other things. Pain is terrible... I hope it will be okay really and truly okay so soon.

Offbeats, I'm sure. With the holidays, my schedule slows way down,
so I barely have a waiting list during this month or two. I'm cool. Just call me or email me and we'll schedule a good time to do that. No prob!

That's insane to be in so much pain and yet not be able to rely on pain management...Like you don't have enough on your plate already...Pain, Christmas, work, pain, New Years, work, oh and aren't you moving too? Good God, I hope you catch a break somewhere!!

I think you know where the right treatment is....

I'll make sure the physical therapy center has plenty of quarters for the Magic Fingers bed.

Spitfire,
I sincerely hope that you will be able to totally heal from this. I sure as heck don't wish anyone the pain from a back injury. I live with the pain every single day and probably will for the rest of my life as confirmed by my doctors. Somedays, especially during the winter it takes super human strength to just stand up and walk across the floor without breaking into tears. prayers and
Shadow

spiff,
I have a theory that stretching your spinal column is the way to go. Kind of a do it yourself traction deal.
One of those hang by your ankles things looks like a good idea, but I have never tried one. An inclined bench with your head low works for me, but be careful when you use it if you are already in pain. You have to hang your knees to keep from sliding down, and that results in stretching your back. The thing I have is an inclined situp bench, but for your back just roll back and forth in whatever way is comfortable. It does a pretty good job of stretching your back. Nobody listens to me though, so I won't get mad if you don't.

This ClickLockup deal is pissing me off. I'm going to bed.
