Odd that you should say that, gomedome. It was only today, after the frustration of trying to have articles accepted, that it dawned on me that I could use the site to start my own website. I'll look into that later. Good luck, Gomedome.

johnmcnab - I put an article up today as well but I'm looking at it for
something else other than selling articles. I'm tryign to determine if it has any web site optimization value. It is a highly ranked site that promotes itself a lot and I am trying to figure out how to get my links onto it.

Thanks, Gomedome. It does take time and it is probably not worth the effort, but who knows?

johnmcnab,
You can sign up for e-mail from constant content that lets you know when new material is being requested. I have sold 2 items that way! Good luck with it.

johnmcnab - I have to pay more attention
I tripped across a site called Constant Content, clicked on the humour category and your work came splashing up on the screen. Then I made my way back here to read this posting. Good luck with it. This sort of thing takes time, I would imagine.

Believe me Krisles it exhausted me writing it, and as for even considering it, I'd go Ga-Ga.

You're not a senior, ginnie?? Unless you were writing from a youngster's point of few . I'm not really forging ahead, but I do write up a storm of excuses.

Quirkyalone
Did you notice the number of writers who were interested, Quirkyalone? By the time I'd have written the article, the submission would probably be closed. Woof!

Excellent Mac!!
And a work schedule would be excellent too! (I used to do that!) I've sold to a couple of Senior magazines which had me laughing as I sold them before my 50th birthday...didn't even know I was considered a senior!

Whatever pays! I've got to get to this CC site. Sounds like you're forging full-steam ahead! GOOD FOR YOU!!

A work schedule would be good, Johnmcnab. (They don't work for me but they still are a good idea.) LOL
