- Go to Under the Bush Doctrine Freedom Has Had a Good Year.......
IT'S SAD THAT SO MANY HAVE DIED THROUGH THE YEARS TO DEFEND OUR FREEDOM
to have Bush and company trample all over them as they are doing now.
Those soldiers over there aren't fighting and dying for freedom -- just a narrowly focused cartel's absurdities.
OUr government doesn't give a damn for the welfard and afety of our fighting people. The send to be maimed and die and take very litle consideraton for them or the families they have left behind.
anyone who supports this is just a much a murderer as our government is.

Corbin Dallas,
There is a great distance between your Planet and Reality Planet! What was the Jew's reaction when confronted with extermination? We know the history no point in repeating it here! Palestine has been under seige for over 60 years! They continue to resist and die for their freedom from oppression!
Bush over-stepped his powers, invading iraq to protect the Zionist Agenda! Government sponsored Zionism has no place in our civilization! Stop it!

What is the Zionist agenda????? Survival?? Sorry you have a problem with a people wanting to survive.....
I don't believe I've read anywhere about Israel have a global goal.....A Zionist Jihad? Nope...haven't seen anything about that. Are the Israelis blowing themselves up to kill innocent men, women, and children? Nope, I haven't seen that either.....
Frankly....you're barking up the wrong tree.....

Stop it! I am not your child to be lectured to! You have this computer terminal to hide behind!
What is it your doing, if it's not lecturing to people? At least I make an attempt to gather data...put it togather is a somewhat logical fashion and give my thoughts on it.....trying to promote my point of view....
When have you done the same? If you rant like a child...you get responded to in like fashion...as one would have to...deal with a childs reactions.
I am far from hiding......I say what I believe and think....if someone doesn't like it they don't have to agree...I wouldn't want them to....
But use some well-though out points instead of emotional rants.....you get a lot more respect that way.........

It appears you verified my assumption that this reporting is slanted to the Zionist Agenda! It is getting very tired and people are beginning to see through the haze1

Corbin Dallas,
I call people who hide behind others for their madness cowards! And I am very offended by those same people suggesting that they have some special courage that others lack! Dick Cheney and George Bush and you have this knack of suggesting we are the cowards! With nothing to substantuate your courage!
Stop it! I am not your child to be lectured to! You have this computer terminal to hide behind!

I'll say it again...
This is an excellent post. It is obvious that you put a great deal of thought and a lot of insightful information into this post, and I couldn't agree with you more...
"Because of the unorthodox methods used by Islamofascists. Military options have become just one of the tools to battle these crazies.....planting the seeds of freedom, nurturing it's growth, and protecting it from the predators wanting to ensure it's wilt and subsequent death, is a much longer lasting way of ridding ourselves of these deadly pests."
Thanks again!

I'll answer the first comment....first.
Yours is clearly the view of a blind man! I did not read the report but I am certain it could not have missed the carnage in Iraq and called Iraqis free?? What about the Saudis? The Kuwaitis? And Israel is a democracy?? How many Arabs are in Sharon's Cabinet?? Freedom seems to be in the eyes of the beholder in your world?? Tag it anything you want, do not forget the domestic spying! Who are they really protecting American from??
Answer me!!!
Goodness Glenn.....you accuse me of blindness...yet you comment on something you didn't even read??? Kind of the Blind goading the Blind?
Nothing in the information had anything to do with Iraq's fledgling democratic reforms......They will be in next years report......
No one was claiming the Saudis had moved toward any kind of reform...And like it or not...Israel is a parliamentary democracy. You may not like it but that doesn't change things......
Actually, to me "freedom is in the eyes of the emboldened".
Those who encourage the spread of freedom....instead of discouraging it.......
The last line is known as a secondary, unrelated feint......
Now to your second comment posted.....
Merry Christmas to you, too. I hope you were able to spend time with family and friends. May your new year be a prosperous one.

I could not help but notice the last comment..."freedom is virtually dead" ????????? What planet is that writer on, or maybe just another who refuses to face the facts? It's sad that so many died through the years to ensure freedom so people like that can say it is dead..........Go figure!

so much bullshit
freedom here is virtually dead.
people will become more afraid to speak their minds.
the "thought police" might catch them with their satellite listening devices, tapping into their cell hpone conversations illegally.
Keep on parroting the empty rhetoric and propaganda of the Administration.
I'm sure you will be rewarded some day.
We'll see you in a beautiful uniform with so many medals on your chest for service to the government.

I don't agree with much of what you say, but I admire your willingness to make a respectful case, and I will defend to the death your right to do so. During the Viet Nam War, as things got worse for us and our "policy", and the press tried to do its job of being the fourth estate and demonstrate the willingness to be critical of the Administration, one of our more forgettable attack dog politicians attacked and seriously tried to silence the press, calling them "nattering nabobs of negativity" . I've been suspicious of the word "negative" ever since. Be well and have a great New Year.

I would like to believe . . .
that there will come a day, after the dust settles, when people will be able to look at his presidency and say "he did a fantastic job. . . . He had vision; we're the ones who were lacking." Who knows? Is that too much to expect?
