Well...
Perhaps the film is like life. The first gay couple I was ever around acted more like an old married couple, sniping about who had to take out the garbage, etc.

Praise the Lord to you too, Nanaroo.........
Thaks for your comments. I'm happy to be back, catching up. I'm working full time which is definitely what I needed. I praise the big Kahuna for that too. When I first saw guys kissing for real here on the streets of Vancouver, it did seem odd. Now I don't look at something so mundane that it looks natural. I simple don't know what all the fuss was about. Either you are wired that way or your not. Who are we to prevent someone else's happiness because it seems odd to us?

Sheep??? Oh, Lord...
I'm not sure that was the best idea, lol!
But I still want to see this film...
I DID read in our local paper that neither this town or the one next to us will be getting this film. I know something like that would happen!
Guess I'll just have to wait for the video!

See I have a problem with the kiss only because it is not me getting to kiss Heath.

I thought about going to see it, but glad I read your review first. You are not the only one to say it was slow. Thanks for the head's up!!

EXACTLY
...that's just what we were saying about it- if it had been a story about a man and a woman it wouldn't have gotten 'green lighted' at all!

but would it be as hyped of a movie had it been a man and woman?
Was it good enough to stand without the controversial topic? Just curious... I haven't seen it.
