Thanks. I think your comment is close to how I sometimes feel.

Nobody who writes like you do could possibly be described as ordinary.

Thanks for your comment. I made a needle case for my mother once, in a sewing lesson at school. She was thrilled with it and my father kept his screwdrivers in it.

Thanks. I never did. But I didn't want not to be good at some things.

Thanks for posting but I was sorry to hear this. I only get the feeling some of the time; can't imagine always feeling that way. You write on Blogit so that skill alone should help you to move away from the nilhilists?

OFFBEATS
Thanks, and don't worry about the spelling at all!

Thanks. I usually do remind myself of things I'm less bad at and the skills I really want to have but, just sometimes, I wonder...

Thanks for your comment. Let's stick together in an unskilled kind of way?

I feel that way all the time, Malcolm.

All the time...Exuse the way I spelled your name. My C's don't work half the time!

There are some blogs that I visit which make me
feel the way you describe.  However, I understand that there are a few things within my field that they wouldn't have a clue about, too.  It all plays out in the end.

I have a much younger brother who is recognized as an artist/musician and can do things with his hands---plumbing, carpentry, electric wiring, you name it. He seems to be good at everything he tries, even "women's" things like cooking, sewing and he makes me feel inadequate.

I feel very ordinary most of the time.

Sometimes I do
but being a typical Gemini, I could never concentrate on just one or two areas of speciallity. I do wish that I'd known earlier what path I wanted to follow with my career, 'cos once I get something I really love, I stick to it. I wouldn't have specialised but I would have spent more time on learning about writing and painting.

I Have not Felt That Way
For some reason I am attracted to people who feel that way.  It is the opposite attract syndrome!!  For me, I get the chance to use the skills that I have!  If you would like a suggestion, focus more on the gifts and strengths that you have, then anything else will appear minuscule..  Nice post!!
