This is a wonderful post! It touches on two subjects, lucid dreaming and living consciously. I have practiced lucid dreaming and after some dedication it really does work, and it is fun!

I LOVE lucid dreams. I had two recently and wrote blogs about them. One is "Dreams" and one is "Last Night's Dream." Both were lucid dreams involving the same person. She had memory of experiencing "Last Night's Dream" and confirmed some things that happen that I did not write about in the blog. This is cool stuff.
