Glad to hear you at least have an appetite - I spent almost a whole year without much of one, and I lost 85 pounds as a result. (I could stand to lose the weight, too - I was over 200 pounds when the weight loss started.)

Some Irish whiskey for a cold?
I'm off to the Emerald Isle tomorrow Jemms so I'll have an Irish whiskey for you. Maybe it will send cold cure vibes your way? If nothing else it might help me cope on the trip !
