Hey sannhet-
NO problem - the recipe is a MIX! It's Bob's Red Mill, GlutenFree Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix. I used butter instead of margarine and I used 2 small eggs instead of one because the cookies tend to run a little dr. They carry the Bob's Red Mill products at Whole Foods, Krogers (or Dillons), Wild Oats and probably other health food stores. Good luck with managing Celiac's. It's do-able.

Cee -
Having recently found out that I am gluten intolerant, I am always looking for edible cookie recipes. If they were good, would you care to share the recipe?

Dear sannhet,
RE: that chocolate, oooh, I could put that into every list I ever read, wrote, followed,.....well, you get the picture. One of my biggest vices is my love for chocolate. I was up last night at 1:00 a.m. making gluten free chockate chip cookies. My daughter and friend were over, scrounging for some comfort food, anything with chocolate in it, and I was still up watching Jimmy Kimmel. I said I'll make them if you eat them (and of course, "allow" me to partake in the sampling!) They're not too bad. Gluten-free (not calorie free).......

Dear Maine,
I agree that for me, it is what brings me to this place of calm and acceptance, knowing God and the LOVE He has for me. I take the list in hand, and listen with my ears and my heart, while my eyes rest in the eyes of Jesus who teaches me these things in order that I should be happy. To be happy I must be willing to lay all aside and follow him; live simply, give more and expect less. The first two steps (overcoming worries and hatreds = fear) are to be replaced with love and THEN I KNOW God!!!!! It is a wonder and I am awestruck by it over and over. Your question got me going! Thanks!!

Hi, ceemarie
I like your list. BUT would you disagree with the idea that this could by number 1 on the list of things to bring happiness to a person?
1. Know the Lord God "Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God... Psalm 146:5 Thanks and God BLess.

Hi, Cee
I'm pleased the Justsouno found you. She is just a super woman and one you'll learn to love, as she will you. She keeps my spirits high and I've learned much from her. I think I'm getting the same from you, although the two of you are totally different. I'll love you both!

I'd be cured!
If I was to live to be this old and moving into a home, it would be because I've been cured and that would mean a whole LOT of people would also be cured (of Parkinson's). What a happy day that will be! Thanks for your comment! I always appreciate you're stopping by!

Beautiful, oh so beautiful. An impossible task for most of us.
I pray to be so humble as to be able to make those decisions, any that are for the greater good of His will and not my own. That is my prayer. Thank you for this post.
