Let me think.  I've been single, married, divorced, widowed.  Mmm?

Azur
I suppose there was, Azur, just not what I wanted to write.   I must try to find an explanation for the slo-mo fans.

There was quite a bit in here
including the observation about the fan

I have a wife who is nodding her head in agreement at your comment, Pat_B, as she strokes my hirsute head.

I love the bra joke..
But the reality is so-o weird!  How you can go from B to H while your head is turned, looking at your life and your kids growing and your boss going bald...:(

JohnMcNab,
I wonder if the religious among us would be able to get a chuckle out of these: the Catholic bra supprots the masses, the Protestant bra lifts the fallen and the Baptist bra makes mountains out of molehills.  LOL. I hope your migraine has subsided, I have never had one, but I have heard how horrible they are.

Tapsel
Whatever it was, Taps, I didn't have enough of it, my friend.

FactorFiction
Of course we are, FactorFiction - or at least you think we are.  Women don't let us voice an opinion so we keep our mouths shut - except when drinking beer - with the result that women think we are thick as two short planks.  Wait until the revolution.

Blanche
I'd read the Baptist bra one before, Blanche, but I mentioned it to a couple we know who do a comedy and singing act and they want a copy, so it will be all over the county soon.

I have seen those...
but still have to agree that most men are fairly simple critters.

John,
Amen to all of the above, although I would beg to differ on the one that said, "one mood all the time".  I've seen plenty of Jekyll and Hyde men...but the Baptist bra, I'm going to have to use that one (not in print, of course, just in conversation!)

Smartdog
Mmm?  That could be the breakaway, circular  religion of the slowly moving ceiling fans?  The migraine relief without prayer, but with plenty of booze and painkiller religion, or the impressive DD cup religion, Smartdog.  Decisions! Decisions!

John
Perhaps a new religion for you my friend.  Funny post!

BrightIrish
LOL, BrightIrish.  Thanks for letting me know it really is Monday.  I went to the gym this morning and people were talking as if they had just finished a weekend, so I'd kinda figured it out - or had I?  Is there a vast conspiracy going on?  Is it really Tuesday?  Oddly enough, one of the guys on the adjacent treadmill was talking about flying round the world in one particular direction and losing a day each time until he arrived back at this birthdate.  Did that confuse me?  You bet your bottom dollar it did.
