mira1, I thank you for your thoughtful response. I think works of art are
every bit as much thoughts as people are (when they're not around). I see no reason why they cannot become more than objects. We certainly care about them enough.

Hi,
It seems to me that it means - everything we do, the works we create etc,is related to us like in a family.We express ourselves through pieces of writing. And those pieces of writing express us, our emotions and thoughts.
