Of course he's lying, Xeno-x. You can't have the man go out there and
say, "Well, we can expect the collapse of American military might anyday now." But the signals are all in place, if you read between the lies (yeah, I spelled it right). Recruiting numbers are down, incentives are up. Rumsfeld says "retention is up". Well, of course it is, when you have a "stop loss" policy that disallows soldiers to leave the service.
But, you know, Xeno-x, what really gives it away is the law they're considering that raises the age limit of military enlistees from 35 to 42. Next comes the draft. But I'm not concerned. Nope. I turn 43 in April.
