Check this one out:
A woman has suffered severe injuries, following a terrible accident. At the hospital, her husband paces back and forth, anxiously awaiting word from the doctor.
Finally, the doctor emerges from the operating room, to inform the man of his wife's condition:
DOCTOR: Unfortunately, I have some very bad news. The trauma your wife suffered was severe. She's completely paralyzed from the chin down.
She'll no longer be able to care for herself at all. So, from now on, for as long as she lives, you'll have to feed her, bathe her, do everything for her.
I'm so sorry.
HUSBAND (slumping against the wall, in stunned disbelief): Oh my God! This is horrible! What am I going to do?!
DOCTOR (chuckling): Nah, I'm just f*cking with you! She's dead!
