I agree. I don't think the energy ever leaves.

Sannhet -- Yes, I did Reiki 1 a few years back and had people
emerge from a session with a look of "what just happened there", often people that were quite cynical of these kinds of things. That was quite rewarding. Haven't practised it for a while but I'm sure the energy never leaves.

It is pretty amazing.I've tried it on animals a couple of times, with limited success. But I'll keep working at it.

Thanks! I'm just first level. I've been wanting to continue, but it never seemed right. It does now however, so I am looking for someone to learn from. If you know anyone in the Phoenix area that you could recommend, it would be appreciated. As far as animals go, I have tried it a couple of times, and it seemed to work, but it wasn't as strong as with people. I'll keep trying though.

interesting
delving into chakras and all that -- i have noticed that some areas of the body are warmer than others -- just stand out when a hand is passed over them -- it is said that these are "ill" areas and need to be worked on.
there's a lot out we don't know -- seek and ye shall discover.

My future son-in-law, Sean, is a master Reichi .......
whatever - I can't even spell it! This really works. He helped me on one of my bad days with Parkinson's. Distonia was bending my ankle at an odd angle and I was in pain. He said it was the most unusual pain he'd run into; he got a "glimpse" of what PD is like. I adopted my mother's little dog, Millie. Milllie used to have a mystery illness every 3-4 months, requiring trips to the vets and shots of antibiotics, each time getting worse. Sean's healing hands stopped that from happening after a year & a half of these episodes. The other night Millie had a seizure of some sort, my husband thought she was "done for" this time; hello Rainbow Bridge. Sean was here, so he gave her a treatment, and she's not had another seizure. So its works - it works -

Wow...Reiki... That is wonderful. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and have been since 1994. I work alot with animals and I have seen the most incredible results. Animals are easier to heal than people because they don't have all the emotions attached to their illness, disorder, etc. What level are you at now? I loved this post!!!!

Even when we know it's real...
there's that side of ourselves that doesn't believe it without seeing it, and when that part is impressed, then what you
know is real, begins to
feel real-- and that makes it more real... if you know what I mean!

Sannhet, can you make chocolate appear during a session? If so, count
