Hi! I'm Back For A Little Bit!

By clicking on my sig-block, you'll be able to see part of what I've been doing with myself here lately.  My skin is getting back to normal again from that ordeal, and I'm down to one small scab now, which--as with the other scabs--will fall off in its good time.  Thanks for your prayers and love.

Once in awhile, I've been getting a little more sleep these days, and that has been helping a lot.

Your life sounds hectic, but it sounds all warm, fuzzy, and cozy, too!  So glad your dad is getting better and better.

That's some nurse there at that nursing home.  She ought to have been fired!  At least, she should be warned and watched--and fired on the spot, if she ever pulls anything like what she did to your dad again.

Atigam,
Thanks for the comment.  I don't recall your name.  Are you new to Blogit?  I'm not able to get onto Blogit much these days because of caring for my dad.  Today, it is relatively quiet and he is sleeping right now, so I rushed to the computer.  Sorry about your dad and uncle.

I had an uncle

who died of stomach cancer and it was horrible to watch him deteriorate over the months until he was a shadow of himself. It took him in less than a year. It was different with my dad who, at the age of 72, died of a heart attack; first, a small one that had him rushed to hospital, then a massive one that killed him in seconds.

My best goes out to you and your family as you go through this with your father. You are being a wonderful daughter.
