I'm a woman so I don't always know exactly what I am in the store to buy but I don't like to shop with anyone else male or female. My husband and I shopped together maybe twice the whole time we were married and it was not a good experience.

Original
I would go further, Original, and say it shouldn't be allowed.

Husbands and wives shopping together...hmmmm,
it doesn't work too well.

I'm glad you liked it, malcolm.  Seemingly I can cause a lunar eclipse with a flick of an eyelash.

Taps
I used to work in a store, Taps, and we used to love women coming in, especially if they already had shopping bags with them.  As for the men, they would come in knowing exactly where they were going and make a beeline for the department and go straight back out.

I cannot stand to go shopping with anyone else--out to eat is fine or to the movies or anything like that but not to shop.

Sounds like a normal shopping spree to me!

ginnie
Welcome back, ginnie.   My problem is that I don't have an office; I have one side of a long desk, and now that it is tidy, I am scared to muck it up, thus accomplishing exactly the same as you ginnie.

But I'll bet you had fun shopping right Mac?
;)  I have spent hours transforming my office into a zen-like atmosphere...I was hoping it would inspire me....but it relaxes me so much I git nuthin done!

I hope, unlike me, that you are sticking to your guns and telling your husband to leave your desk alone.  In trying to get my own back today, I upended a jug that Ell keeps pens and things in, and found 27 pens and pencils - most of them useless.  That will be a separate post, MerryAnne.

  oops...

see I don't have that problem...  all my stuff is in a pile on the table.  Something my husband and I fight about all the time!
