You graduate for school and classmates fade away. You move to a new city and lose touch with old acquaintances. You change jobs and don't have time to socialize with old workmates.

I feel the same way
I have only read a few of the new folks, because I don't want to get caught up in their lives (selfish I know) and a couple that I have read, vanished... sigh!

I'm back after my hiatus. I came to the right place it seems to catch up on who's still here and who've left. Your post made me feel a little sad. It does hurt when people leave as has been happening here since we've set up shop. I guess though, that it is a part of life (not that it hurts any less). It's good to know you're still around!

I couldn't agree with you more. One of my favorite bloggers, who to this day, I consider a friend, left blogit. Fortunatley, I have been keeping in touch with her. She always asks how everyone is doing, even though she has left us, she hasn't forgotten her friends.
