Thank you, thank you. I wasn't very sure whether you would know that or not. It is a sad song. A lot of Spanish songs are, but they are so beautifully sad that they touch your soul. I just this minute finished hearing a song that I think must be titled ''En La Mitad de me Vida.'' On the radio station that has the good Spanish music here, they never give the title or the artist, so I'm not sure about either on that one, but it sure is beautiful. You should hear, if you haven't already, the ballad about Los Mojados. The accordian in it does some really good Spanish guitar riffs, and the lyrics are reminiscent of the old Civil Rights, La Huelga things.
Thanks for the name of that group. I know the name, but I need to listen to more of their music. Their band and vocalist are very good.

I am really glad to see you back. I was just thinking about you. I'll stop by your blogs to see what's going on. Have you been gone for a while, or have I been neglecting you? I sure hope it wasn't neglect. Sometimes I do dumb things. Methinks too often.

The snail and the clock seem to be quite appropriate. I'm back on again until this monitor starts pooping on me. It works marvelously until about 30-45 minutes of warm up, then it goes again. I have an old one that I'm going to put on while this one goes in for a part or two. I am really having a great time here.
I think I'm going to look at a flat screen. They are finally down to a decent price. I may not even bother getting this one fixed. Thanks for dropping by. I'm flying through heavy flak right now, but I think I'll be able to keep it in the air.

I appreciate your clarifying that to me. I'm about to fall asleep at the mouse and really have no idea what I'm doing. My monitor now has the blinkies, about every 20 seconds, and Jake is sitting across my back just like he was last night, but facing my right instead of my left. He's purring and drooling on my shirt. He just turned back to his face left position. I typed this very part here with the monitor on only about half the time. I think I'm going to have to replace that frikker. I better go now, before smoke starts coming out of the thing. Thanks for coming by to see what kind of mess I'm making.

Yeah, this blog is pretty much the antithesis of humor (at least, humor in the traditional sense).
It's kinda interesting, though.
