smartdog
I know what you mean, smartdog. I love having material published, but get very embarrassed at any plaudits.

John
I find accepting recognition for what I've done one of the hardest things to do in my life even though I crave attention.

Pat
I'm confused, Pat. Have I been below par lately? What am I saying, I have not been here lately, never mind below par.

MerryAnne
There is so much happening in my life at the moment, MerryAnne. (I'll do a quick narrative blog to show you what I mean) that I cannot concentrate on writing chapters (you should know that feeling). I am writing blogs in the early am in order to get back into the way of things since the computer crashed. I feel guilty about not writing the chapters as I've promised myself I would/will, but I can enjoy myself with the nascent sit-com cos it doesn't exist yet - and probably never will - so it has no call upon my conscience . PS: It is snowing heavily, but I suppose Canadians would call it a flurry.

LOL, ginnie. I'll try to find some of her writings this weekend. Thank you for the superlative adjective. It is a nice way to start the day. BTW; being a Canadian, you will never believe this - it is snowing

Azur
First there is the excitement, Azur, and then the constant fear of failing. And, as you say, it is constant.

Go, John, Go!
Those writing pads are callinng your name! I hope this idea pans out for you. I didn't invent the idea, but I go through composition books and legal pads like well, I don't even want to think of a metaphor...
