so much of what you write...I could have written! It just amazes me how
your thoughts and thought patterns are so much like mine!
we became expats after our children were grown and out on their own, but I know what it is like to miss family...GRANDCHILDREN... especially on special days and holidays. it is so difficult to live in another country; My sons and I seem to go in cycles; we are in close contact...or we have too long periods of none! I have learned the importance of friendship ...especially with Max.
