one of the truest statements. People call me crazy for liking the rain, but it is for what it does, not its beauty.

I must say, I wish I was you, except of course I would be the boy, not the girl. I don't like getting pissed off, it gets really annoying when it happens. Glad you like it.

I think the rain must be a popular topic, because yours is the second poem/story I was told was similar to this one. Thanks a lot. : )

this was very well written...
sometimes I feel like I am walking through darkness...I am the bright-eyed smiley girl and it seems so many around me (especially at work) are so dark and gloomy...When moodiness rubs off on me, that pisses me off because I let it happen...! great post!

Enjoyed this very much--
I've written something similar called "This Rain". It's about depression and walking thru the darkness.

Penguinrock,
I am enjoying pulling your leg. How would you know that Stevie is a woman's name if you weren't familiar with her work. Anyway, the poem is truly amazing.

I am sorry. I don't think you are old, I am just not acquainted with the world. I think I have gender distinguishing problems. I did that earlier in an A-and-B comment I left them. OOPS

Penguinrock,
Words from another immortal bard, Stevie Nicks (please do not mortify me by saying "who?"): "When the rain washes you clean you'll know". Indescribable bliss and you've captured it so well.

I am on a nearly constant spiritual path, a place to belong. I am glad that you didn't find it to have too much emotion

No I don't PenguinRock
A journey through despair into cleansing and heaven touched hope. A spiritual message I feel. And paths most of us trek. Very reaching.
Good!
