It's going to have to wait until tomorrow, BlackPearl ...
but (hopefully) it may be worth it.

Neither of us drink, Uncle Dave ...
which is too bad, cause it might have helped.

Um, it's football, Jack.

American football.

My boyfriend actually does watch golf too, though.  However, that "sport" is beyond my tolerance level (for boredom).

Thanks, DarrkeThoughts ...
Unfortunately, it didn't quite play out that way though.

No, Cypress, I actually do care who the Eagles acquire.

Very much so, in fact.

Btw, imo they had their strongest draft of the Reid era.  Of course, only time will tell.

I'm afraid I haven't had time to do much of anything, Mason.

Um, why would you ever be envying me, Ben?

You're very fortunate to have missed it, Marshall.

It's a good thing you said that, Aaron ...

for a second there, I feared you had suffered a stroke or something.

Meanwhile, my boyfriend bears much greater resemblance to Sideshow Bob than Homer Simpson.

Oh, come on, Blanche ...

Seventeen hours of watching some old guy read names off of cards?

If there's a better way to spend a beautiful spring weekend, I'd certainly like to hear it.

Hi, Mademoiselle,
Hope you enjoyed watching the draft.  Looking forward to reading more about Mrs. Schumacker.  Thanks.

Maddy, be sure to supply a few beers to oil the wheels of true love.

Mademoiselle,

Did I misspell your name right?

What is it, the golf finals for the season?  I want to get over and steal some of those golf balls.  I am currently working on an over/under weapon that fires golf balls out of the top and tear gas, smoke grenades, frags, incendiaries, whatever, out of the bottom.  I have already got a big order from East LA and a medium sized order from West Phoenix.  I am negotiating prices on a shipment for some of the Sun City Golfinas clubs.  I expect to roll in some big profits on the Cardiac Defib attachment for the Sun City crowd.  The Defib unit plugs directly into a Sun City Zippy Cart battery pack.

So how are East Coast sports going?   Any soccer brawls?  One of my Golfina units would come in real handy at any sports brawl.  And I'm working on a Bat Bundle for Baseball Buffs.
When watching a ball game, never duck too late..........

Good luck keeping your mouth shut...hope you can impress the boyfriend and the rest of the crowd.

MAD
You never answered the question of why you are watching the NFL draft. Is it just to be with your boyfriend, or do you really care what players the Eagles pickup?

I wondered where you were.. you haven't been reading comics...

There are several reasons

Carl * Weill have to watch our language

Lenny * We cant take off our pants ıf ıt gets too hot

Homer * And we cant pee ın the water fountaın  (everyone looks at hım)  not that I ever haveö or wıll agaın

By the wayö thıs post looks odd because the keyboard ıs on a foreıgn language fontş my spellıng hasnt suddenly evaporatedç  I cant waıt for the draftö the Vıkıngs have 5 pıcks ın the fırst 3 roundsç

Mademoiselle,
I'm not sure that would be something I would be dying to get involved in.

Mad, you are brave...I could never sit and watch that sort of thing unless
sex was somehow involved.
