THERE ARE RULES?
You are very king, and I appreciate your review, thank you. Most of my writing is stream of consciousness stuff..

FARSAILOR, I AM SLOWLY BUT SURELY READING ALL YOUR POEMS...IT
WILL TAKE AWHILE...THERE ARE SO MANY. I love your style which is to say all of your varied styles. I love the various ways in which you express your thoughts...sometimes breaking rules...sometimes making them up. I like the flow of your thoughts, and the subjects you choose to remember in verse. I want to thank you for helping me...I have been wanting to write a poem for Max, my husband, for a long time. I've jotted down thoughts, ideas...but nothing...nada...zilch until I read a comment you wrote Sunday to straightforward: "WHAT'S A MARINE, BUT A SOLDIER SAILOR". I don't know what kind of magic those seven words hold, but I immediately went to WORD and stated writing and writing and writing...my usual free form stream of consciousness that somehow, sometimes becomes a poem... sometimes... I think this one, inspired by you...will.

You capture the honor, the glory, the commitment, the trials, the tears in a way that even non-soldiers (like me) can understand. Samhain_Moon
