We really need to get rid of some people before completely sealing our borders...let's do a more strenuous test for citizenship (including you have a job and no health problems to drain our national resources...) and kick everyone that can't pass out before sealing the wall.
Oh, and don't forget to book your world tour before the sealing date as well...

This is why liberal thinking never wins out.
Have them build the wall from the outside with the promise of citizenship and free TV's upon completion. When the last brick is mortared in place, dump flaming oil on them.
I shouldn't have to explain these things.

so we'd have to keep them in and make them legal.
but that's a good poiint -- have slave labor build the wall - -they're already used to being treated like slaves.
