Just a student of human nature, read about utopian societies.
The same classmate who's dad knew Squeaky Fromme's family got involved with L.Ron Hubbard's outfit and wound up as swabby (with her husband) on the Apollo.

Maybe we were...
sisters in another life. In any case, you're not alone in this one. Isn't that a great feeling? Lili

WERE WE SISTERS
in another lifetime? Seems like you and I have touched a similar nerve.

Absolutely...

I just had to do that. That is so true! The only way to change a society, a culture, anything at all, is to change yourself. Anything else is just window-dressing. Culture follows individual consciousness- it has to. Our culture is just our collective consciousness, and so it must follow the individual! Lest this sound starry-eyed, I am fully aware fo the tactics and politics of bloody repression that usually follow a change in individual consciousness. (Kent State, anyone?) Yet the inescapable fact is that even bloody repression can only delay the sea-change of cultural consciousness following individual consciousness. It cannot destroy it or ultimately triumph. A few historical seconds of delay is all it can afford.

Whew. Heady stuff there, Cynthia.

Damn right
..."to transform the very nature of society in order to solve the problems of humanity, globally. While the goals were huge, the vehicle harnessed to solve those problems was the only one available - and that is the intellectual, social, sexual energy and consciousness of the individual."
