Heart wrench
Although your heart got a wrench with his call, it was sweet of him to call you himself rather than let you find out from someone else. That says he respects your feelings and values your friendship which is a great relationship to have with an ex-boyfriend.
You have both found others to love but I'll bet he'll always have a corner of your heart 
.
Besides, I haven't even seen a pic of him but NO WAY can he be cuter than your man !
