Another Season to Prepare For...
I'm not a huge fan of Fox News, but you always seem to find thought-provoking stories.
It's good to know the water is colder and therefore the hurricane season may be less intense, but how prepared is New Orleans now after Katrina?

A blessing. They're having a terrible drought in Florida right now, plus wildfires have been burning for a month or more.
