Ah, you and Muser both describe such a wonderful
visit... Yes you can find some scary people online. But I'll risk that to "meet" people like you two! I am so glad the two of you got a chance to visit and get to know each other better!

I will not tell you I can do anything I can not do. Of course, I can cook all those dishes. I make them up too for the most part. I do that because I have trouble with lists, recipes and boxed in ways of doing things. Some mental deficiency of mine I am sure. Miss Muser Magnolia and Max are the best guest anyone could have.

Passionflower...Justi is a gourmet cook...she has more cookbooks than
anyone I know...and in true gourmet form she uses them only as a jumping off place! When I say she whips something up that is what she does. She makes everything look so easy...and taste so good! She and George are loving, joyous Christian folks who live life abundantly the way God intends for us to live. They are a treasure.

Magnolia, you know that is just cake talking. You are leaving out all the things you do. I am going to take a shot of that beautiful garnet necklace complete with a garnet cross you designed and made for me, I'll get that posted soon. We could do bunches of things together the commute is just a bit wearisome. LOL I so loved having you visit. Give Max a hug for us.

Now it's my turn to comment! We hit the ground running after we arrived in
Atlanta. I am just now finding the time to savor the memories I have of being with you Justi. I just had the best time ever, and I wish I could have stayed a month! Max and I are still talking about the delicious meals, and I wish I had a piece of that Lady George cake right now! I am going to write a post on your sense of style and creativity in decorating your home...I just love everything you've done! I love decorating...I wish we could do something together. Anyway, I think that one CAN get to know a person online through their writing. The Justi I met was the person I expected to meet...she is so much fun, and she is a wise woman. There is nothing this most remarkable woman can't do once she puts her mind to it...

Justi, Isn't it wonderful that you didn't get finished. What if they had turned out to be horribly boring and no one could think of anything to say and you sat around waiting for them to leave. HAHAHA (of course I cannot picture that. LOL)

Am really glad to hear a good account of people being nice and surpassing expections in seemingly unconservative circumstances.
Long may the friendship last.

I met my best friend in a yahoo group in 2001
I f inally met here face to face during Carl's pass from Fort Dix in 2004 just before he deployed. We had gone through loss of loved ones, kids illness, 911, and all the ups and downs of waiting for Carl to be deployed together. We had never met face to face but we still KNEW one another. I wouldn't trade her for the world.
AND someday Michigan is going to have a disaster and Passion is going to come here and stay for some real food! Besides there are a few others that live fairly close and I think we all need to get together!
