I read somewhere
that lavender helps people with anger issues. Ofcourse, I don't know if that's true but my mom thinks so.  That was a great story about the dog.    Take care

Hi... I can relate to what you went through.. I was raised by mygrandmother and she would always take me with her to visit her friends and they talked about a past that my little self was amazed the subject of dinosaurs wasn't discussed. I am a grandma now and wonder sometimes what goes on in my grandchildrens mind. Nice post!

I am Known for Ahead of The Times Thinking in Work Life
Ideas that I present are generally not accepted.  When I move on to something else, they are implemented and others are credited!!!

Whacky...
I enjoyed reading your writing.  I am enjoying my life now, yet I think of the past a lot too.  I think the most wonderful time of my life was when I had all my little ones depending on me for safety, guidance and happiness.  They were my world.  Now, they are grown and I still enjoy life, just differently.

Whacky, this is a funny post with a funny woman and a funny dog.

There are many people living in the future though they are still outnumbered by those living in the past.

There are very few people living in the present. :)

I prefer the present
But I wouldn't complain for the body I had in my 20's!

I actually breathed a huge sigh of relief when your Mom's friend's dog didn't viciously attack you, Whacky.

Being the youngest of four kids, I would be dragged by mom to her infamous weekly hair appts. I would sit around, bored stiff for what seemed an eternity. I can identify with this post.
