I used to have migraines....you can learn to control them with
Bio-Feedback. It's not that hard to learn. It will also work for alot of other things like insomnia.

I have heard chiropractors
can do wonders for headaches from my sister-in-law, but I can't say that I've tried this myself. Headaches aren't something I get too often, but I seem to run into a pain in the you know what almost daily! Take care Whacky and have a great weekend

Whackydotter!!
A nice dark, cool room with the window open, a blindfold for your eyes, and really soft music. Sorry you have those, and I would suggest getting a scan luv.

Hi Whacky.......
There are pressure points on the ball of your palm that when massaged it can eliminate headaches. There are also pressure points on your feet. Reflexology has always helped me. There is a lot of info on the internet if you are interested. Also there is a new product (I haven't tried it) out called "HeadOn." It's like roll on deodorant but you rub it on your head and it is suppoed to get rid of headaches. I hope this helps. Take care Whacky!

I take aspirin or just go to sleep. I like the towel on the eyes...that sounds sooo soothing.
