You shouldn't have to think about spending equal amounts. Swings and roundabouts.
We don 't exchange gifts for father's day or mother's day although the children select or make small gifts or cards.

Thanks, he's better than he used to be with the control.
However, he likes to make threats....that I'm not sure whether he would carry out or not.
I gave up being afraid for my own life a while ago....couldn't live that way any longer, even if it kills me, but my daughter's father is not so brave....and he's the one he'll go after first.

And that's basically what he's doing with you. He thinks he's a clever man who has figured out how to have his cake and eat it too.

It's not really what I have to gain...but what I have to lose.
I will email you about some of the issues that I'd rather not put out here publicly...
But he has wanted to reduce the child support, and he could do it, legally. Which would leave us with next to nothing, since my daughters father doesn't pay a whole lot either.
