Thank you for your enlightening comments.

Such a wonderful response from you all. Let the tears flow at their own pace, we are all different. Sometimes, I can hold back, sometimes I cannot, but don't let the ters build up too much they will burst the dam and swamp you. They are a safety valve, that's what God designed them for, so people can read your soul.

I am a very sensitive person who cries readily, it has been my saving grace, recently I got a comment from a colleague who told me I should not cry in front of the kids at school, well I have done it on occasion, could not help it. I even had the whole class in tears! Unforgettable moments, when a poor kid cried out, I lost my mum when I was eight and burst into tears. There was this silence, me sobbing and then this kid blurting out. I did not get fired, the kids did not hold it against me, but I do hold back when I sense cynicism... A time to cry a time to laugh... you know the rest.

Marieclaire, your feedback from Bloggers and Samhain_Moon hit it head-on

Keep your chin up.......but let us have 'em pearls.

Although oneof your 'perls" is missing the letter "a",  I endorse what Dave/swftfox advises. I cannot cry easily although I do wish to-- not a male cauvinistic thing, but the times the tears do flow, I know it is a sacred moment. As if God is looking down and showering healing rays. But usually, I hate to see a woman/child cry. So there--here's the contradiction of tears, or the entire gamut as S-Moon expresses it.

So sad! Repetition of 'tears' is really effective.

Marie Claire, you are a sensitive woman! Tears are an essential of life.
I have had my share in the last ten years, maybe even more so, but they have saved me more than once. One has to wonder how many people might have avoided prison or the nut house if they had learned early in life how and when and why to cry. I pity the macho men that simply refuse the therapy of a good cry. Thank you for sharing this one. Today was a fine sample of justified tears!

Tears the rivers of life; be they coursing from joy or strife...
Thought inducing and strong flow MarieClaire. Thank you.

don't take my comments too personally.
you have plenty more years to learn and I am no expert myself. Hope I did not put any one off writing. Keep writing.

Marie-clairie
Thanx for being honest... I agree that I do at times just write rhymes... And thanx for telling me politely.

MarieClaire, tears can represent the gamut of human emotion; I like where you take this and show tears for the pearls they can be. Samhain_Moon
