Yeah, T&SPoet, but I think that they're a Zen state.

Wow, Those Arkansas Folks Must Be Sensitive...
Isn't their state motto "Come and Appreciate Your Own State"?Humorous indeed.

Amazing. People so ignant. Anyway, speaking of which, I was speaking to
a girl from Little Rock the other day, mentioned this law, told my joke, and she told me, seriously, that kids in Texarkana really do engage in this Robin Williams-like behavior. I would have been shocked, but that really doesn't happen very often anymore, not since CourtTV. But truth is stranger than fiction.

Nah, it's not true, .Dave. But that's alright, spread it around the U.K.
anyway. Arkansans won't know the difference -- they think U.K. is something you ask someone after an accident.

Now that is a good tale. I hope it's a true tale, cos I'm about to spread
it around the entire UK.

I might have started something, TAPS. Kids doing the hokey-pokey on
the Arkansas state line. What a ridiculous thought...

saul_relative, This is hilarious. If I was a teen living close to the MO/AR border, I would be tempted to do that for fun. HAHAHA
