change is hard, but sometimes necessary. It's a tough balance.
This was a thought provoking post.

My husband worked for a company
that moved it's operations from a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse owned by the owner of the company and close to his customers, to a 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse about 30 miles from his customers to accomodate some large contract work that he had recently aqcuired. The contract work was large quantities of printing, but for very little money. Long story short, the new work did not pay for the overhead. The company moved back to the old location, but had lost much of it's local clients to a local competitor. Growth is a tough call. The owner was lucky he didn't lose his business all together. Take care

Living in a small town
I often feel likes it that rock and a hard place thing. We live here because we want the quiet, the peace, the low crime and the neighbors that really take care of one another. The problem is we have horrible economy in our state and any job is a good job.
