Mademoiselle, your experience provides the rationale for that old Yiddish saying which loosely (but unpoetically) translates as: "Never curse a total stranger. Who knows who she might be. Be safe, curse your friends and family. That and a nice Danish."

Oh my gosh! I'd have to go hide under a rock for the rest of my life if I did something like that! LOL

Not quite like that.
However, being Russian, I am used to kissing people I barely know (not usually on the lips though).
P.S. When I first met my boyfriend's mother, I didn't know who she was, and I totally cursed her out. To this day, she still hasn't forgiven me.
I'd like to travel under the sea
I could meet all the fish everywhere
Yes, I'd travel under the sea
But I don't think I'd like to live there

I've had long distance relationships, so I know that being away from someone like that can get you all nervous when you see them

Sunny
When Carl came home from Iraq last year for leave, I was a disaster. One would have thought we had never even dated let alone been married for close to 9 years. I was worried and stressed over every detail.

Sunny - It wasn't my first date, but my first dates with two different
young ladies. We were both sixteen. We had known each other since first grade, and this was our first date. It went well, but a few days later she said, we can only be friends -- A few weeks later she dropped out of High School and ran away a married another first date. A year later another young lady on our first date told me all the reasons why this would be our last date -- in September that young lady and I will celebrate 36 years of marriage!
