positive thoughts
I don't every get involved in politics whether here in UK or USA because there is so much negative energy involved in it and I want to stay positive to think how to help others. My idea is to send a Mexican wave of smiles around the universe, this would have the effect of helping people to realise how good positive energy feels and then listen to other positive ways to help each other. Just remember that negative energy repels in that they don't like feeling bad and so give it out to us by wanted us to feel as bad and they do it as bad as they can. This just rebounds.
All it takes to start a war, is one person. One person with negative energy to cause a row and give it out to another person. That person takes the energy and spreads it.
But all it takes to help stop a war is one person. One person to smile and to spread that smile around the world.
If you look at my website www.divinelady.co.uk you will see that I started this Mexican wave in New York in December 2005. It is still rippling here in UK and people still ask me to start about positive energy.

I think their are alternatives to everything...
but if we don't discuss them and look for alternative solutions, than what good are having media commentaries and opinion in the first place? Not saying there are alternatives for hundreds of years of fighting in the middle east, but there are alternatives for how we deal with the situation and unless you explore different possibilities and talk about different options, there will be no way to know for sure. I like the commentary here on our media and had to write an entry about it. I especially like the comments about thinking Fox is balanced.

thousand years ago? That people would talk of peace, peace?? And it's been proven over and over again that appeasement and talk do not work -- not with bullies. But some folk never learn. They repeat the same stupid mistakes all over again.

Justi, we get CNN here in Canada, too, but it has turned me right off...
with its slanted (putting it mildly) point of view...I though Fox was somewhat of a balance, but no?? Maybe we're not missing anything by not having it available??
