Newman's Own
I posted my surreal moments with him in my Journal of a Displaced Canadian blog...August 4th. He's been my fav since teenage years..Cat on a Hot Tin Roof sexy!! His salsa passes through my lips on an almost daily basis...have you tried the one with pineapple added? Just had a curry made with his marinara sauce! He's a class act but so cute and so funny! It was awesome meeting him!!

Wonky
On second thought he was probably just stoned. He did die of cancer. He might have been doing it to ease the pain, or whatever.

So no real(reel)15 minutes of fame for Pete eh? Pretty neat experience though...even though McQueen wasn't Mr Personality! I met Paul Newman a few weeks ago and he is brimming with personality! He's funny, gorgeous and those blue eyes still twinkle at 78. I unfortunately hadn't consumed enough wine to make conversation so I just shook his hands several times and laughed at his jokes.

He was like the living dead.
I remember glancing at his chest to see if he was actually breathing.

What a great story!
And not a peep out of him, huh?

Cynthia:
Wow - lots of personality in McQueen, then, huh?  Sort of a let down...although still a thrilling few hours in the 'cherry picker' for you! :)  Good story!
