You are all ever so kind, you don't know how down I feel at times.
You must have caught me on a good day so make the most of it. Hopefully there will be more good days, but one step at a time for me.

alright sweetie.
did not sleep well, very cold and I was frozen! Had to have a hot steaming bath in the middle of the nitght to warm up!
