I haven't forgotten you (and your quite long comment) - it seems to me you are doing everything right, as regards coping with loss and adjusting. And confiding in strangers can be a great relief, I'm sure most of have done that in the course of a lifetime, and in my experience no one has ever been unkind. Thank God that people do care for each other. You remind me of myself a little, having those ups and downs, some smiles and some tears, and we do bounce back. My my heart break and losses are not like yours, so I greatly admire your courage, and your poetry is beautiful.
