Whacky
When I was a youngster, Whacky, I used to love a sandwich spread with butter and heaps of sugar.

This was so cute Whacky...I could just picture you ladies......

The weirdest sandwich for me is peanut butter and banana, however I don't remember the last time I had one!

Whacky
My dad told me that he used to eat peanut butter and butter sandwiches as a kid. Sounds too fattening to me.

I can't imagine a worse combination...exept maybe peanut butter, balogna, and dill pickles.  My most unusual sandwiches are probably spagetti sandwich (left over spagetti on french bread) or lentil sandwiches (my homemade attempt at veggie burgers).

Sorry, Whacky, I'm pretty old-school when it comes to sandwiches,
I'm with you on the fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches. I think they killed Elvis.

Sorry, Whacky,
You lost me at peanut butter and baloney.  I'm not a fan of either.  When I was little, we used to eat syrup sandwiches with white bread and Caro Syrup.  My cousins liked their sandwiches with the end bread pieces especially.  I hated, still hate end bread pieces.  Also, we had tomato and mayo sandwiches.  One of my cousins (or my mom) tricked me into trying one, because it was a typical day with little/no food in the house, and she promised me it would be delicious.  It was not!  Nothing against tomatoes or mayo, just put some lettuce and bacon on there, too.  :)

Whacky, rye bread with caraway seeds in it with butter and a big thick slice of Vidalia onion.   Also, Ezekial Bread and crunchy peanut butter.  (no jelly please, it ruins it)

As for that mayo sandwich...throw some potato chips on there
It's delicious! Well, it was when I was a kid...haven't tried one lately.

A good sandwich for soup is grilled ham and cheese!
