But if the fat melted away and the scale still said 200...
then it's not such a big deal, right?
I don't know if you read the post a week or two ago where I posted my measurements...down an inch or more on all of them and it seems like I haven't lost a single pound. So I have to ask myself if I lost the inches but not the weight? I can't see that happening really, but I'm ready to adjust the target weight goal if the inches fall in line at some higher number.

I know I'll never make down to antiquated charts that say that I should be 175 or less because of the weightlifting. I do know that I have more fat on my gut than I would like.

How tall are you?
I was just thinking that 200 and 6' or so isn't so fat...especially not for someone that has a lot of muscle...like weight lifters. Is it possible you're suffering from unrealistic expectations on the scale? Maybe you'd do better with something like your waist measurement and watching inches rather than pounds???
