its a community where we don't know
what anyone looks like which is good from an equality point of view, but its harder to get to know a lot of individuals and remember all the wonderful, quierky, clelbratory and amazing things that are said by them over time when they may only happen upon your work once every couple of months or so.

We all like to get our opinions, feelings, thoughts.....emotions, etc out in our posts for others to see and comment on .
Even though we have our many differences, there seems to be a common thread of support and understanding for the most part.
