I fought with AT&T and SBC for 6 months and finally got them to credit me $375.00. We bought a new house about the time that they merged and it got everything from my internet, cable, cell phone and home phone screwed up. They tried to make me pay a new customer fee
after I have been with them for 15 yrs and get a letter from AT&T stating that I am a preferred customer.

I accidentally paid my water bill
in June twice instead of my gas bill.... having no hot water or cooking fuel was awful.
I hate it when that happens
