Mademoiselle, R. I., fwmystic: There is little (if no) doubt that most
Republicans are in some degree of denial, but isn't denial a self-enforced form of delusion? Relegating parts of reality to nonexistence has to be forced delusion, whereas continued ignorance just emphasizes the fact that you're a narrowed-minded idiot or a cloistered, ascetic monk.

admit the WMD arent there..meanwhile, what about N.Korea and Iran?...denial of a different sort??

His supporters are not so much delusional, as in denial.
Deep down inside, they know the truth.
I think a good gift for the president
would be a chocolate revolver.
And since he is so busy,
you'd probably have to run up to him real quick
and give it to him.
