Hi noncom. . .
I wish we could both take a walk down that alleyway, there's a marvelous restaurant at the opposite end, can't remember its name. Nor much else from that particular evening, red wine and song, tho the locals must of thought us alleycats with my voice echoing round Barcelona. Mike ps took your advice along with Neil's about my yellow blog and how it can be a strain on the eyes when reading. Thanks again

This took me to the place without moving from my desk!
I really wanted to get into the photo and take a walk down that alley as well....

Your poem reminds me of the week long fiestas, and partying all night in the Basque Country, a long time ago. Sangri and chorizo and bocadillo... my Spanish is rather rusty...

thanks, I know someone from the Cananarie Islands.
It is supposed to be nice but very touristy, I only made it as far as Spain and Portugal...Must go back some time. It is not far from France but there is never enough time to do everything.

lionladroar, This is a fun one for me.  I've been to Spain with its night life, tapas, paella, sangria and dancing.   Loved it.   Wish I'd gone there when I was a lot younger.
